Fees

7.9% of Gross Rents.  No initial leasing fee, start up fee, inspection fee or vendor mark-up (Fully Tax Deductible).

The tenant placement fee will be half of 1 month’s rent with a $1200 minimum

Superior West Property Management will pay eviction costs for tenants placed by our company.

Any new account taken over prior to or during the eviction process, will be charged a setup fee of $100.00 in addition to the first month's management fee.
