La Wayne Hearn is the Owner / Broker at Superior West Property Management Company. He is an accomplished Manager offering 15 years of professional property management experience. He and his staff are focused on delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service to the clients in which his company services. He has provided management services to a variety of different clients ranging from first time home owners to commercial clients. La Wayne is known for being a change agent, problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder and thoughtful leader.
After obtaining his Brokers License, he decided to open his own Property Management Company. Under his leadership, due diligence and his desire to treat his clients and tenants well, the company has excelled.

We understand the value of your investment and ensure that we treat it with the utmost care and professionalism it deserves. Our services extend to Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Perris, Fontana, Rialto, Rancho Cucamonga, and the neighboring areas in the Inland Empire.
- We manage individual properties in all price ranges. Most rents range from $1500 to $3500 per month. The highest concentration of properties is in the $1500 – $2500 range. Unlike many companies, property management is our specialty, not our sideline.
- We specialize in the management of everything from houses to condos to multifamily units and more. We contract with a professional maintenance staff in order to handle any and all issues that may arise with a property. We service both tenants and homeowners alike and just want to help people find the right place to live or manage their property for the long haul.
